Fr. Martin reports that the 9000 ft. of fence has been installed. This was a major project
and took the better part of two months to complete with the help of local workers.
A rough road to the farm from the main highway is also in place. In addition the road
extends around the perimeter of the 134 acre farm as you can see in the pictures.
Electricity has been been brought back to the farm from the main road, a distance of several
miles. A transformer has been installed and power is now available.
A well has been dug and fresh water is now available to the farm.
A building to house a caretaker, farm workers, and an office has just been
completed as you can see in the pictures. A shelter for the goats during monsoon weather conditions, has just been completed
as. Cross fencing of pastures as well as breeding pens will soon be completed as well.
We hope to be able to post pictures of other completed work, at the farm, to this
website soon.
There is still much to do. Fr. Martin has asked that we express his thanks for your
continued prayers and financial support of his mission to Laos.
